Season
Tickets
Now with added difficulty! |
In the
past we've offered Season Tickets - a discount when you purchase
tickets for all three plays. We wanted to encourage people to
view the Festival as whole rather than as individual plays and
we wanted to reward audience members who made the commitment to
see all three plays.
Unfortunately, we've switched to a new ticketing vendor this
year which makes this difficult. We were prepared to scrap
season tickets for this year. But inspired by the requests of a
few very determined season ticket buyers, we've decided to offer
them this year after all. Sort of.
Here's how it works: buy
individual tickets for each of the three shows through Brown
Paper Tickets. Send me an email (tony@hawaiishakes.org).
When you come to Merry Wives of Windsor, I'll have a
rebate for you - a check for $15.
Note: this only applies if your
individual tickets are for Fridays and Saturdays. The Wednesday,
Thursday and Sunday shows are already discounted. However, if
you buy tickets for a mix of shows (two Fridays, one Thursday),
you'll get a pro-rated rebate (in this case, $10).
It's a lot of extra bother and
we're sorry about that.
Next year, we'll offer Season
Tickets for sale in advance of individual tickets for an
exclusive period (and with the proper discount baked in - no
rebate necessary). In the meantime, thank you for your patience. |
